Return Policy
- You may exchange or return
product for a refund (excluding shipping and handling charges)
within 10 days of receiving the item. (See additional terms below)
- All returns are subject to a
15% restocking fee and must be in new, unused, untested condition.
Items tested in any manner are not returnable.

returning an item in which Koi & Pond, Inc paid the
shipping/handling charge (items marked "free shipping") you will
be responsible for the outbound shipping charge that we, as the
shipper, incurred to have your order delivered. This amount will
be deducted from your credit and is in addition to the 15%
restocking fee.
- The following items are not
returnable; special orders, pond liner, liner underlay, tubing,
books, aquatic plants, liquids, fish food & plant food.
- Every return requires a
return authorization number (RA) from Koi &
Pond, Inc
